At Ingenia Behavioral Health we have established a company culture that is focused on providing quality ABA services to learners between the ages 2-21 years old in a professional and respectful clinical environment. Our primary criteria for employment is the willingness to learn and a genuine interest to work with learners who will benefit from ABA. Our policy is to establish a clinical environment with the resources available with a minimal influence of stimuli that would impact therapy.

What can you expect with Ingenia Behavioral Health?

• Direct clinical care with ongoing supervision. A BCBA will be present to actively assist you, provide mentorship, and provide supervision that exceeds the BACB required supervision times.

• Tiered service to clients based on experience. You will not immediately be assigned to a client without observation conducted by the BCBA prior.

• Collaborative work environment where suggestions are implemented to better the facility and services provided.

• Direct and indirect pay with clients. Whether you are with a client or there is a cancellation, we compensate for the time that you are in the clinic.
